Text Box: Reservations may be made by telephone or E-mail. All occupants must sign the reservation agreement form. The reservation agreements must be included with the balance of your payment. Check-in 3:00 pm, check-out is noon. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and must be received within 14 days of reservation. Deposit rates are as follows: Hosted Weekend $25.00 per person Standard Rental $100.00 per group The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to the date of rental. If balance is not received 30 days prior to the retreat, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Payments can be made with a personal check or money order. The Gathering Hearth is a non-smoking facility. No pets allowed. A two-night minimum stay is required.
